Getting Started
For Hosting services you must go to www.rixtel.com and select the Hosting services button.
For existing users - please go to section ...
Becoming a user (Making order)
To become a user you must order some of our products so you must do following things:
Choose a hosting pack that satisfies your needs. You can get more detail information about packages by pressing on "find out more" under the package description.
When you have made your choice (for example "Starter") you must select billing period by pressing on drop-down box.
Then click the add button to submit your choice to Shopping cart.
Then you will see your current shopping cart and user form that you must complete to proceed.
It is still possible to manipulate your shopping cart or add another service to your cart by pressing on [+] Open Packages menu. By
pressing delete button you can remove service from your shopping cart.
If you have made your choice and don't want to change anything you must complete the form below. (All data is confidential and would not be exposed to third parties.)
Fields marked with (*) must be filled mandatory.
Username - the name that you will use to log in in your account.
Email - you must type in your existing e-mail address(to this address user credentials will be send).
Name - your full name (name surname) or company name (company, Ltd.)
Social security number - for companies - tax number.
Address - for companies it is billing address.
Zip - your postal code.
Telephone and fax - please include your area code (i.e. +371)
Submit your information by pressing "Register" button.
In case of empty or incorrect field system will notify you about it.
If everything is correct system will display message of received order and send you an e-mail with your credentials.
Loging in
Next step is to log in in your account.

Username is the name you were chosen and password was send you by the e-mail.
Submit your login by pressing "enter" button.
After successful login you will get into your user account.
Change language
When you are logged in, you can change language to all page. Just choose language from dropdown menu!
Change password
To change password click on the Change pasvord in + Options menu.
In the fields that appears, type in your old password and new password. Retype password and then click on change password button.
Change details
You can change your details by clicking on Change details in +Options menu.
Here you can change your information: e-mail address, name, address, telephone number, fax and social security number if it is incorrect. To save changes click the update user information button.
Bills and payment
Next step is to pay for chosen services to activate them. Click the "pay" button. You will see the invoice.

Check the information! If everything is correct please click on "print" button. This will open a new window with a printable version of invoice. Please print it or save in a safe place. When you are done close the extra window. You can pay for services by using bank transfer or credit card.
For bank transfer you must use the printed version of invoice.
For credit card payment click "pay the bill" button and you will be forwarded to online secure credit card payment.
Please enter your name and surname (must be same as on the card).
Enter credit card number without spaces.
In the "Valid till" field enter your credit card's expire date.
In the "CVC2/CVV2/CID" field enter your credit card's security code (3 digit number on the back side of the card).
Click "submit to bank" button.
